Cruz had his first cold this weekend. Of course it started Friday after 5 so we couldn't take him to the doctors, ah, what a new parent to do!! We figured out some things and realized that suctioning a babies nose is like the worst thing you will have to do, boo! I was so excited that he had made some friends at story time last week and was playing with them so I guess I should've expected this since at his age all they do is put things in their mouth and then leave it for the next little one. Oh well, it was bound to happen and throughout it all he was a super trooper!! He handled it like a champ and is still working hard to fight off the germs!!On another note Cruz has figured out how to splash in the bath! We had a bath last night and for the first time there was more water on the bathroom floor than was in the tub when we were finished. I know I said I couldn't wait for that so I deserve it but it was like a tidal wave named Cruz!! It was cute! Next time I'll have Mario video it since Cruz loves video's (NOT)!
