Sick Days

My little man has been sick for almost a week now ;o( Last weekend Cruz had a fever (his first) which was a bummer. His fever went away by the end of the weekend which was good but then the cough started. His cough was getting really bad so we went to the dr's yesterday and now we have a new nebulizer at home. It's a good thing Cruz trusts Mario and loves to do everything with him, that combined with sesame street made for a successful go with the nebulizer this morning! It's so sad to see your little one sick, especially when there's not much you can do to fix it. For the most part he's still running around and playing, he's just a little more tired and a lot more conjested!!!

Cruz continues to work on his words. He now likes to say radio "wadio" when it's quiet in the house and he wants to dance! Ok I asked if he wants the radio and then he repeats "wadio" until I put it on, still cute!! We play a game in the car often where I say everything I see and he repeats it. It goes a little something like this:

me: Tree C: "tweeeee"

me: road C: "woad"

me: dog C: "woof woof"

me: cactus C: "caca"

me: truck C: "cah"

For some reason no matter what I do he will not say truck. Whenever I ask him if he can say truck he says car. LOL He's too funny! He will try just about every other thing I say but if I say truck all I get is car. It's really funny!!
