This memorial day weekend we had some visitors in town!! YEAH!! The Smith's came down from Colorado to have a little visit and to see our home here in AZ!! They were LUCKY! The weather was spectacular, mid to high 80's and nice and cool at night (it was a cold front). We had a lot of fun, we went to see a Diamondback's game on Friday night, Saturday we went golfing and then up to Sedona to see some more Colorado friends and to get a little clarity from the vortexes in the area! ;o) Also in Sedona we went on a little hike. Wasn't sure how Cruz would do on foot but he did great! He thoroughly enjoyed himself and was grunting and all proud of himself as he'd climb up the big red rocks!! We'll have to keep up the hiking because he loves being outdoors and I like to hike!!
Cruz was so excited to have new friends around and I think he had a little crush on Melissa, watch out Jason!! He looked for them and continued to play in the guest bedroom for days after they had left!! It was so nice to see some friendly familiar faces! Next time we'll have to go back out to Colorado, ah, I miss that state!
